Please reach the work site well in time and be attentive at the instructions session at the beginning of the work.

Avoid wearing half pants.

Please keep a first aid box with you. You may bring some personnel from your safety department, if you have one, for attending to any injuries, snake/scorpio bite, etc, which cannot be absolutely ruled out, although there has been no such case during last fifteen years op our operation.

Please confirm the date of your participation and the No. of participants from your Organization as early as be practicable.

The work would normally include plantation of trees and water conservation activity in the nature of developing check dams, digging parallel trenches, etc.

It is desirable to keep one extra dress for changing in the event of getting completely drenched in rain. The site has a changing room and a toilet.

All the participants would be expected to follow the instructions carefully and act with a great sense of discipline and work under the guidance of the Co-ordinators from the side of Hariyali.

15.  Hariyali does not insist for the respective participating units to share any expenses of plantation or water conservation activities. Voluntary donations to the organization either as a Team or in individual capacities are always welcome and go a long way in serving the cause of environment and the community.
