NOTES:
1. Participants from the Corporate Sector and Colleges are requested to plan for their schedule in advance and book the dates of their participation at least one week before the date of the event.
2. It would be open for the participating organizations to bring as many members as they desire.
3. All the participants would be required to arrange for their drinking water and refreshments and an extra carry bag.
4. Work session for all the days shall be from 08.00 a.m. to 12.00 noon, inclusive of the time required for refreshments.
5. There will be concurrent/alternative activity of sapling preparation at Vadavali Nursery on all the respective dates.
