मी / आम्ही हरियालीच्या ‘दत्तक घ्या एकेका दुर्मिळ औषधी वनस्पतीला’ या योजनेत सहभागी होऊ इच्छित आहे. त्यासाठी लागणारी माहिती खालील प्रमाणे :

8. अनामत रक्कम रु. ५००/- (रु. पाचशे मात्र) प्रती वनस्पती चेक क्र. ……………………… बँक …………………………………………………………शाखेवरील रु. ……………..सोबत जोडीत आहे.

A cheque of Rs . ……………… at the rate of Rs. 500/-  per  plant drawn on the branch of ……………………………..Bank, bearing Number ……………….  Dated ……………..is enclosed.

सदर कुंडी आमच्याकडे असेपर्यंत आम्ही त्यातील रोपांची योग्य काळजी घेत वाढीकडे लक्ष देऊ. सदरची कुंडी त्यातील रोपासकट आम्ही पुढील वर्षाच्या जून महिन्यात हरियालीकडे सुयोग्य अवस्थेत परत करण्याची जबाबदारी माझी / आमची असेल. त्यापासून निर्माण केलेली रोपे आमच्या परिसरात लावण्याचे अथवा हरियालीकडे सुपूर्द करण्याचे अभिवचन आम्ही देतो.

I / We promise to take proper care for growth of the plant till the plant is with us. I/We agree that it will be my/our responsibility to hand over the pot and the plant in good condition to Hariyali in the next June after twelve months.

I /We further promise that the sapling or plants propagated from this adopted plant will be either planted in our surroundings or will be handed over to Hariyali for planting at its sites.
